Quranic Verses for Baby Girl
The Holy Quran says “And when the infant girl buried alive will be asked, For what crime was this artistic project created slain? (Surah At-Takwir Chapter 81: Verse 8-9).
And when the news (of the birth) of a daughter is disclosed to any of them, his face turns dark and he gets pent up with anger.
He seeks to hide himself from people due to the (presumed) bad news that is given to him. (He now gets down to thinking) whether he should keep her (alive) despite humiliation and disgrace or bury her (alive) in the earth.
See! How wicked is the decision that they make! (Surah An-Nahl,Chapter 16:Verse 58-59).
Daughters are true blessings from Allah (Sbt), since Allah has promised a man who has daughter and he takes care of her dress her properly and marry them to a righteous man will be granted Jannah, (Subhan Allah).
Prophetic (PBUH) Hadiths
Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever has three daughters and he cares for them, he is merciful to them, and he clothes them, then Paradise is certainly required for him.” It was said, “O Messenger of Allah, what if he has only two?” The Prophet said, “Even two.” Some people thought that if they had said to him one, the Prophet would have said even one.
We should think twice before treating our daughters ill. Because if we have daughters we have blessings of Allah (SBT) in our home & we do not accept this blessing of Allah (SBT) May Allah (SBT) guide us all to the right path Ameen.
There are several Prophetic (PBUH) Hadiths which describe the virtues of daughters and their importance in your life.
Our prophet (PBUH) set an example as he loved his daughter Hazrat Fatima (R.A) a lot and married a man who was pious and one of his closest companion. This shows our Prophet loved her and she was one of the most important in his life.
